Welcome to Stickory! My name is Dave Wright and I have been a Findlay resident for the past 30 years. I am a graduate of The University of Findlay, Member of Curtain Raisers, Board Member at The Fort Findlay Playhouse, and always actively involved in the Findlay community.

After spending 20 years in technology field, my travel schedule presented many challenges that impacted my work-life balance. One of those challenges was finding consistent, high-quality pet care for our special needs dog, Stickley, so we were always forced to rely heavily on family and friends. Since animals have always been such a large part of our lives, we knew there had to be a better alternative. So, my wife and I set out on a journey to offer pet owners flexible, at-home, pet care and transportation services, so pet parents never have to board their furry family members.

Stickory is not a part-time hobby, I am a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International (PSI) and we are a fully bonded and insured business, devoted to the full-time satisfaction of every client we serve. Our highest priority is the safety and care of your pets, so let them stay home, maintain their daily routine, and be rest assured we will give them the love, care, and attention they deserve while you are away.
